1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vip7 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for and uses the vip7 platform accessible at vip7.bar and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital services.

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the vip7 platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, pool rummy tables, the vip7 wallet, and any promotional or bonus feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall govern and prevail in all respects. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and such amendments will be communicated to players via the website and/or registered email address.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the vip7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vip7 is strictly an adult platform and enforces a minimum age of 21 in all circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by vip7 or any of its affiliated studios and payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the vip7 platform or from any affiliated gaming service.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

vip7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Where an account is closed due to an eligibility breach, the Company's obligations regarding any remaining balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account applicable law and the nature of the breach.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the vip7 platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is truthful and correct.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active vip7 account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. vip7 uses technical and manual review procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Any secondary account identified will be closed immediately and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party under any circumstances. vip7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify vip7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All vip7 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals are conducted in BDT.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

vip7 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this programme, vip7 may require you to provide documentary evidence verifying your identity, address, date of birth, and payment method ownership at any time.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (any nationality, where applicable)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Birth certificate (for supplementary age verification)

Acceptable address verification documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months and bearing your full name and address. vip7 may also require a selfie photograph holding your identity document for liveness verification purposes.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account. Accounts that persistently fail to complete KYC will be closed. vip7 will handle all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vip7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed on the vip7 platform.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by vip7, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your vip7 wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances of technical delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, you should contact support immediately.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment account or mobile wallet registered in the same legal name as your vip7 account. vip7 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.4 Player Funds

vip7 holds player funds in segregated accounts, separate from the Company's own operational funds. This means that your deposited balance is not used for company operating expenses and is ring-fenced for the sole purpose of player withdrawals and gameplay.

5.5 Currency & Fees

All transactions on vip7 are conducted in BDT. vip7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, over which vip7 has no control. Any such third-party fees are the player's sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

vip7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, sports reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at reduced percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vip7 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to meet wagering requirements (also known as bonus hunting or bonus arbitrage), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

6.4 Expiry

All bonus offers have an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

7. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Technical Matters

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the vip7 platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing verified by studio-based cameras. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical expectations and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

vip7 and its sports data providers reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at their sole discretion. Bets will be voided in cases of technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the outcome of an event was known or knowable at the time the bet was placed.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or open bet, vip7's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, any resolved game rounds will be settled according to their recorded outcome. vip7 is not liable for losses directly caused by connection issues on the player's side, including mobile network disruptions experienced by players across Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other Bangladeshi telecommunications networks.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. vip7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip7 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any pending balances where permitted by applicable law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the vip7 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting results.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events in which you have advance or insider knowledge of the outcome.
• Using the vip7 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute filings in relation to legitimate transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vip7 support staff or other users of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip7 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and design — is the property of vip7 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the vip7 platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of vip7 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

vip7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the vip7 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

vip7 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game studios only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip7 and its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
• Losses resulting from events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from the player's own violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of vip7 to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

vip7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player has been self-excluded and attempted to circumvent the exclusion.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting vip7 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification and bonus fund clearance) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vip7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vip7 will notify registered players via the email address held on their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the vip7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the vip7 platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. vip7 aims to respond to all formal dispute notices within five business days.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other remedy. vip7 does not make any representation regarding regulatory approval or licensing by any specific Bangladeshi government body, and players should ensure they are aware of their local legal obligations before using the platform.
